We are a team of hair stylists who are passionate, respectful and positively driven to appreciate individual needs to look and feel their absolute best.

Pierrot's mission is to: inspire & encourage one’s individuality & originality; embrace mastery though perpetual knowledge; constantly surpass expectations; nurture self & others.

Julie Jeffery first opened Pierrot’s Hair Studio on 12th May 1983 in Kalamunda, a highly successful and awarded salon now in its 25th year. After many requests from inner city clients, Julie opened her second Pierrots salon in 3rd Ave Mt Lawley in August 2007.

Julie is very passionate about the hairdressing industry and training future stylists, and has worked with Hairdressers Registration Board, Master Ladies Hairdressers association; International Hairstylists Society and is currently state chairperson for Intercoiffure (a world-wide body of salon owners dedicated to high levels of education in hairdressing).

Julie and her Pierrot’s staff have also won 73 awards. Some special highlights include ‘IHS Salon of the Year’, ‘Apprentice of the Year’, and ‘Senior of the Year’ for five years running. Most recently Pierrot’s was awarded a regional Chamber of Commerce ‘Small Business of the Year Award’.

When asked what helped Pierrot’s win this award, Julie said, “150% commitment to making people look and feel the best they can; commitment to staff training and education; continuing to strive for excellence in customer service; and always looking for ways to be the best in our field.”
